This Agreement governs the rights and obligations between RouteFlow (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and its users (individuals or entities using the App).
Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully to ensure that you fully understand all provisions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Personal Data and Privacy Protection
1. RouteFlow respects and values your privacy. In order to provide account login, cloud backup, data synchronization, subscription verification, and related services, the App may collect information you voluntarily provide or that is generated through your use of the service, including email addresses, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and route-related data created within the App.
2. Delivery data, locations, recipient information, phone numbers, notes, route records, favorites, and other information you create within the App are used solely for providing App functionality, cloud backup, synchronization, account management, and user-requested services.
3. RouteFlow does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated commercial purposes.
4. Location information is used only for mapping, route planning, navigation, delivery workflows, arrival detection, and related App features. Location data will not be used for any unrelated purpose without your consent.
5. RouteFlow will not disclose your personal information to third parties except where required by law, governmental authorities, judicial orders, or where necessary to provide the App's services.
6. You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, RouteFlow will delete or anonymize associated personal information, cloud backup data, routes, delivery records, and related usage data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution, security audits, or legal compliance.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
1. RouteFlow and all related software, source code, interface designs, graphics, text, trademarks, service names, and other content are owned by RouteFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Users may not modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, rent, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code or derivative works of the App without prior written authorization.
3. Users may not maliciously modify, interfere with, reproduce, distribute, or damage the software, technologies, data, or interfaces used by the App. Any resulting damages or legal liabilities shall be borne solely by the user.
4. Users may not remove, conceal, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices displayed by the App. App names, logos, designs, and service marks may not be used without authorization.
5. RouteFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any aspect of the App or its services at any time, as permitted by applicable law.
3. Service Risk Disclaimer
1. Users acknowledge that the App relies on internet connectivity, mobile devices, location services, mapping services, and third-party platforms. Service interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, or failures may occur due to force majeure events, system failures, network outages, GPS inaccuracies, third-party service disruptions, device settings, malware, hacking incidents, or other circumstances beyond RouteFlow's control.
2. Route planning, navigation, estimated travel times, distances, and delivery-related information provided by the App are for reference purposes only. Actual road conditions, traffic, weather, road closures, construction, restrictions, and other real-world factors may differ from the information displayed. Users are responsible for making decisions based on actual conditions and applicable laws.
3. RouteFlow strives to maintain reliable services and protect user data but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
4. RouteFlow may temporarily suspend or modify portions of the service for maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, or operational reasons without prior notice.
4. Updates to These Terms
1. RouteFlow may revise these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect service updates, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
2. Continued use of the App after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the App immediately.
